Send a formal business message
Send the message from the email address used for your message and/or resume to help the employer “attach dots” to your employer and increase its potential through spam filters.
Make a brief and specific topic about the interview you interviewed.
In your message, specify the date and time of the call.
Emphasize job descriptions and/or phone calls, highlight any of your strengths or abilities.
Use short paragraphs to easily read and understand your message if someone scans it on their computer or mobile device only.
Use your full name, job title, or skill, your contact’s phone number, and a formal end with a link to your LinkedIn profile.
Do not try to be tricky or funny. There is no emotion. It is an answer to how to write a follow-up email after a phone interview.

If you are appointed, do not send this message to your work email, your work computer, your work smartphone, or in the office!
Your employer may leave a message and your intentions. As a result, you can discuss your work very uncomfortable with your boss, or you can lose your job. So, send this message home using your own personal computer and your personal (not working!) Email account.
Hopefully, at the end of the interview, if you ask for an email with an acceptable form of communication about this work.
Thank you for emailing the most acceptable notes of employers and now they are fast because they are now a necessity. The organization is very careful if it is very formal or “old school” like the old line law agency, consulting agencies, and other similar “traditional” organizations, especially if all your letters are accompanied by “snail mail”.
How to write a follow-up email after a phone or face to cafe interview:
Enter the follow-up email of the first interview within 24 hours of the interview.
Email a personalized, separate message to everyone you interviewed.
Be specific (especially when followed in the second interview). Recommend how you can help the company with its challenges.
Enter a second follow-up email to ask for an update if you do not receive any response after the established period.
If you have received another offer, follow it even soon, or not, if you plan to take it.
If you do not get a job, contact the company. Nowadays, networking is more important than ever!
