Making the maximum of your time value is very important. Ideally, you want to start with your frog – your most important job – first of all. Even if you get separated at some point, you can go home to find out if you can do the job you did at least. Many think it is helpful to spend 10 minutes finishing it, and organizing the tasks on their lists for the next day.
Slot your actions in boxes – Important vs. Essential
Former US President Dwight D. Eisenhower is a task priority system.

When you have two frogs to eat, first feed the most
In the slightest contrast to the Eisenhower Matrix, Brian Tracy’s volatile user’s approach focuses on your feelings in the workings of your list.

In addition to randomly doing similar priority tasks, there are two levels of ABCDE system preference. Here are the steps to prioritize your tasks with this procedure:
- Going through your list, give each character a letter from A to E, A highest priority
- For each task that has to do, it will give you a number of commands that you have to do
